Our Commitment

SunEasy, a product of Square Software sh.p.k., is committed to making its website and booking application accessible to everyone, including people with disabilities. We aim to conform with the harmonised European standard EN 301 549, which incorporates the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 Level AA, in line with Directive (EU) 2019/882 (the European Accessibility Act).

This statement applies to the marketing website suneasy.app and the customer booking web application web.suneasy.app. It does not cover our native iOS and Android apps or internal business tools, which are assessed separately.

Conformance Status

SunEasy is partially conformant with WCAG 2.2 Level AA. "Partially conformant" means that some parts of the content do not yet fully conform to the accessibility standard. The known limitations are listed below, and we are actively working to resolve them.

Known Limitations

We are aware that the following content is not yet fully accessible:

  • Sunbed selection map — the interactive beach map used to choose a sunbed or umbrella is currently drawn on a canvas and cannot yet be fully operated with a keyboard or screen reader, and zooming and panning rely on a dragging gesture (WCAG 2.1.1, 4.1.2, 1.1.1, 2.5.7). A keyboard- and screen-reader-operable alternative is in development.
  • Dialog windows — on some screens of the booking app, pop-up dialogs do not yet fully trap or restore keyboard focus (WCAG 2.4.3, 2.1.2).
  • Form errors — validation messages on the business registration form are shown visually but are not announced to screen readers, because the page carries no live region (WCAG 3.3.1, 4.1.2). Required fields are marked visually with an asterisk but do not yet set the programmatic required state (WCAG 1.3.1).

Preparation of This Statement

This statement was prepared on 23 June 2026 and last reviewed on 20 August 2026. We assessed the accessibility of SunEasy through a self-assessment combining automated testing (axe-core and Google Lighthouse) with manual expert review of our source code and live pages against WCAG 2.2 Level AA. The August 2026 review tested the marketing website at 320, 390, 768, 900 and 1280 CSS pixels, and covered the state both before and after cookie consent. The booking app web.suneasy.app is being assessed separately; this statement will be updated when that review completes.

Enforcement Procedure

If you contact us about an accessibility problem and are not satisfied with our response, you can contact the market-surveillance authority responsible for the European Accessibility Act in the EU Member State where you are using the service.
