Is the SunEasy Ambassador Program free to join?
Yes. Any registered SunEasy user can become an ambassador at no cost. There are no hidden fees, no follower requirements, and no application to submit — just activate the program from your profile and your code is ready.
How much can I actually earn?
You earn 5% of every eligible card-paid reservation made by your first referred friend, and 2% from every friend after that — each for 12 months from the moment they connect to your account. There's no cap on how many friends you can refer, so your total earning potential grows with every invite.
How much discount does my friend get?
The very first person to use your code gets a 10% discount (up to 1,000 ALL) on their first card-paid reservation. Every friend after that gets a 5% discount, also capped at 1,000 ALL. Each person can only use a given code once.
Can my friend use my code and their Pearls at the same time?
No. During checkout, a reservation can use either SunEasy Pearls or an Ambassador discount code — not both in the same payment. Your friend chooses whichever benefits them more for that booking.
When do I actually get paid?
The moment your friend's card payment is confirmed, your commission becomes available in your Ambassador dashboard — no monthly cycle, no minimum milestone. If a booking is later cancelled or refunded, the related commission is adjusted automatically.
How do I withdraw my earnings?
Once your available balance reaches the minimum withdrawal amount, request a payout directly from the app — by bank card or cash. Every withdrawal is reviewed by our team before it's completed to keep the program secure.
What's the difference between withdrawing and converting to Pearls?
Withdrawing sends real money to you. Converting turns your balance into SunEasy Pearls at a 1-to-1 rate (1 ALL = 1 Pearl) instantly, with no minimum amount, so you can spend it straight away on a future reservation.
Does a friend who already has SunEasy still count?
Yes, as long as they haven't completed an online reservation yet. If they downloaded SunEasy months ago but never booked, and they complete their first reservation after joining through your invitation, they can still become a valid referral.
What doesn't count toward my earnings?
Reservations paid entirely in cash, bookings fully covered by discounts or Pearls, and food and drink orders don't generate a commission. Self-referrals are also automatically blocked.
Is there a limit to how many friends I can refer?
No. You can share your code with as many people as you like — five friends or five thousand. Your personal code never expires and never runs out of uses.
Can my friend see my personal information?
No. The person using your code only sees the discount it unlocks — never your name, contact details, or earnings. Likewise, you only see your referrals' name, the booking date, and your commission — never their email, phone number, or payment details.
