1. Introduction
At SunEasy, we want your beach experience to be simple and stress-free — including when your plans change. This Cancellation Policy explains when you can cancel a reservation, the deadline that applies, and how refunds are handled.
By making a reservation through SunEasy, you agree to the terms set out in this policy.
2. Cancellation Window
You may cancel your reservation up to 24 hours before the reservation time to receive a full refund.
- Cancelled at least 24 hours before the reservation time — Full refund
- Cancelled less than 24 hours before the reservation time — No refund
- No-show (you do not arrive and do not cancel) — No refund
Example: For a reservation at 10:00 AM on July 15, you can cancel any time up to 10:00 AM on July 14 to receive a full refund. Cancellations made after that are not eligible for a refund.
3. How to Cancel
You can cancel your reservation at any time before the cancellation deadline:
- Open the SunEasy app and go to My Reservations.
- Select the reservation you wish to cancel.
- Tap Cancel Reservation and confirm.
You will receive a confirmation once your cancellation has been processed.
4. Refunds
- Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method.
- Refunds are typically processed within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or card provider.
- Any booking or service fees may be non-refundable where indicated at checkout.
5. Changes to This Cancellation Policy
We may update this Cancellation Policy from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last Updated" date. Your continued use of SunEasy after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
