The GCash Booking System for Resort & Beach Club Owners in the Philippines

Today it's: Messenger inquiry, GCash screenshot, manual check, logbook entry — and hopefully no double-booking. SunEasy replaces that chain with online deposits, instant confirmations and payment records that reconcile themselves.

Why the screenshot workflow breaks at peak

The GCash-screenshot flow depends on a human checking the app and replying in time. On a late-March weekend that means missed messages, unverified payments and two staff selling the same cottage. A booking system moves payment INTO the booking: the guest pays the deposit as part of reserving, the unit locks instantly, and the record is created for you.

Payments and bookings in one flow

Deposit at booking

The guest pays a reservation fee online to confirm — no payment, no hold. No-shows drop immediately.

Instant confirmation

Once payment clears, the guest gets confirmation and the unit is blocked on your calendar automatically.

PH wallets on the roadmap

GCash, Maya and QR Ph via local processors are planned for our PH launch — card payments and deposits work today.

Self-reconciling records

Every peso received is tied to a booking — daily sales export instead of scrolling chat history.

Partial or full payment

Take just a downpayment and collect the balance on arrival, or charge in full — your choice per unit.

Refund rules you control

Set your own cancellation and refund policy per unit and season — enforced automatically.

What changes for your staff

No more screenshot verification queue: the front desk sees paid, confirmed bookings with names and receipts. Messenger goes back to being a marketing channel — questions, directions, upsells — instead of your payment infrastructure.

What changes for your guests

They book a specific cottage or day pass, pay the deposit and get instant confirmation — at 11 pm, without waiting for a reply. Guests who already paid show up: that's the single biggest lever against peak-weekend no-shows.

Frequently asked questions from resort owners

Does it really confirm bookings automatically?

Yes. The guest pays the deposit online as part of booking, and the unit is blocked on your calendar the moment payment clears — no opening an app to check a screenshot, no manual confirmation backlog.

Can guests pay with GCash, Maya or QR Ph today?

Philippine wallet rails (GCash, Maya, QR Ph via local payment processors) are on our PH launch roadmap — talk to us about timing for your resort. Card payments and deposit capture work out of the box today, and every payment is logged against its booking.

Can I take just a downpayment or reservation fee instead of full payment?

Yes. You can require a partial downpayment to secure the booking and collect the balance on arrival, or charge in full — your choice per unit. A reservation fee is the best way to cut no-shows on peak weekends and holidays.

I rent cottages and gazebos, not hotel rooms. Will this fit my resort?

It's built exactly for this. You set up per-unit inventory — cottages, gazebos, kubos, tents, entrance fees and day passes, plus monoblock-chair or sun-lounger add-ons. Hotel PMS tools price by room-night and ignore the cottage model.

How is this different from listing on Klook or Agoda?

Those OTAs take roughly 15–25% commission and own your guest. SunEasy is your own direct booking page — you keep the amount (minus payment-processing fees), and the guest, their contact details and the payment records stay with you.

Can it help with my BIR Official Receipt?

SunEasy keeps clean per-booking payment records and a daily sales export that support your Official Receipt issuance and reconciliation. It is not a BIR-accredited POS/CAS — you still issue the OR through your accredited setup.
